Crossmark Policy

CrossMark is a multi-publisher initiative from CrossRef. It provides a standard way for readers to locate the authoritative version of a document. We recognize the importance of the integrity and completeness of the scholarly record to researchers and librarians. The CrossMark indicator informs the reader of the current status of a document and provides additional information about its publication record at the click of a button.

Copyright: Submission of a manuscript implies that the work described has not been published before (except in the form of an abstract or as part of a published lecture, review, or thesis); that it is not under consideration for publication elsewhere, that its publication has been approved by all co-authors, if any, as well as (tacitly or explicitly) by the responsible authorities at the institution where the work is carried out.

Open Access Policy: This journal provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.

Peer Review Process: All submissions are refereed to the highest standard, to make sure that they are original, correct and substantial. The median time from submission to publication is 6 months. Please do not send queries about the progress of your paper if it has been under consideration for less than 6 months.

Publication Frequency: Bangmod J-MCS publishes one volume per year. Usually a volume consists of two issues with about 200 pages each. Appear: June and December. Occasionally special issues are also published. Papers are published as soon as they are accepted.

Bangmod International Journal of Mathematical & Computational Science (Bangmod J-MCS) is committed to maintaining high standards through a rigorous peer-review together with strict ethical policies. Any infringements of professional ethical codes, such as plagiarism, fraudulent use of data, bogus claims of authorship, should be taken very seriously by the editors with zero tolerance. Bangmod JMCS follows the Code of Conduct of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) (http://publicationethics.org/), and follows the COPE Flowcharts (http://publicationethics.org/resources/flowcharts) for Resolving Cases of Suspected Misconduct.

Publication Malpractice Policy

Bangmod International Journal of Mathematical & Computational Science (Bangmod JMCS) publishes peer-reviewed papers. It is very important to agree upon standards of expected ethical behavior for all parties involved in the act of publishing: the author, the Editor in Chief, the peer-reviewer and the publisher. These guidelines are based on existing Elsevier policies and internationally accepted Best Practice Guidelines for Journal Editors.

DUTIES of the Editorial Board

Decision on the Publication of Articles

Bangmod International Journal of Mathematical & Computational Science (Bangmod JMCS) is responsible for deciding which of the articles submitted to the journal should be published. The final decision about the selection of the articles to be included is taken by the editor of Bangmod JMCS – if necessary – in combination with the Editorial Board.The Editor may be guided by the policies of the journal’s editorial board and subjected to such legal requirements regarding libel, copyright infringement and plagiarism. The Editor may confer with other editors or reviewers in making this decision.

Fair play

Manuscripts shall be evaluated solely on their intellectual merit without regard to authors race, gender, sexual orientation, religious belief, ethnic origin, citizenship, or political philosophy.

Confidentiality

The Editor in Chief/editors and any editorial staff must maintain the confidentiality of any information related to submitted manuscripts by not disclosing such materials to any non-corresponding authors or reviewers.

Disclosure and conflicts of interest

Unpublished materials disclosed in a submitted manuscript must not be used by anyone who has a view of the manuscript (while handling it) in his or her own research without the express written consent of the author.

DUTIES OF REVIEWERS

Contribution of Peer Review

Peer review supports the Editor in Chief and the editorial board in making editorial decisions and also supports the author in improving the paper.

Promptness

Any selected referee who feels unqualified to review the assigned manuscript or unable to provide a prompt review should notify the editor and excuse himself from the review process.

Confidentiality and Standards of Objectivity

Submitted manuscripts must be treated confidentially in agreement with the editor. They must not be used for personal benefit and reviewed objectively on the basis of supporting arguments and without personal criticism.

Acknowledgment of Sources

Reviewers should identify relevant published work that has not been cited by the authors. Any statement that had been previously reported elsewhere should be accompanied by the relevant citation. A reviewer should also call to the Editor in Chief’s attention any substantial similarity or overlap between the manuscript under consideration and any other published paper of which they have personal knowledge.

Conflict of Interest

Reviewers should not review manuscripts in which they have conflicts of interest resulting from competitive, collaborative, or other relationships or connections with any of the authors, companies, or institutions connected to the papers.

DUTIES OF AUTHORS

Reporting standards

The authors should report precisely the originality and significance of their research. A paper should contain sufficient detail and references to permit others to replicate the work. Fraudulent or knowingly inaccurate statements constitute unethical behaviour and are unacceptable.

Data Access and Retention

Authors may be asked to provide the raw data in connection with a paper for editorial review, and should be prepared to provide public access to such, if practicable, and should in any event be prepared to retain such data for a reasonable time after publication.

Originality and Plagiarism

The authors are committed to submit only original work and must appropriately cite or quote of the authors have used the work and/or word of others.

Multiple Publications

An author should not in general publish manuscripts describing essentially the same research in more than one journal or primary publication. Submitting the same manuscript to more than one journal concurrently constitutes unethical publishing behaviour and is unacceptable.

Acknowledgment of Sources

Proper acknowledgment of the work of others must always be given. Authors should cite publications that have been influential in determining the nature of the reported work.

Authorship of the Paper

Authorship should be limited to those who have made a significant contribution to the conception, design, execution, or interpretation of the reported study. All those who have made significant contributions should be listed as co-authors. Where there are others who have participated in certain substantive aspects of the research project, they should be acknowledged or listed as contributors.

Corresponding Author

The corresponding author is the author responsible for communicating with the journal for publication. The corresponding author should ensure that all appropriate co-authors and no inappropriate co-authors are included on the paper, and that all co-authors have seen and approved the final version of the paper and have agreed to its submission for publication.

Acknowledgment of Funding Sources

Sources of funding for the research reported in the article should be duly acknowleged at the end of the article.

Disclosure and Conflicts of Interest

All authors should disclose in their manuscript any financial or other substantive conflict of interest that might be construed to influence the results or interpretation of their manuscript. All sources of financial support for the project should be disclosed.

Fundamental errors in published works

When an author discovers a significant error or inaccuracy in his/her own published work, the author are obliged to inform the editor about discovered errors in their already published manuscript.
